The investment area covered by the study is the area adjacent to the Oliwa Park and the newly designed housing estate. Connected from the side of Grunwaldzka Street. The site includes a historic mill building and a stream. The subject of the study is the extension of the existing mill along with the change of its use. Consumption rooms are located in the historical part of the mill. In the extended part, there is one large dining room for over 100 people and a hotel function. The hall, which is a one-story link between the new and the existing part, is the communication core of the new facility.
