The basic assumption of the project was to optimally integrate a single-family house into a moraine hill and to create intimate private spaces integrated with the natural landscape. Two external terraces have been designed, connected to a green escarpment on two levels, providing intimate zones separated from the neighboring buildings. As part of the work on the architectural concept, advanced simulations of sunlight were carried out, which determined the distribution of functions, the composition of windows and the method of roofing the outdoor, open dining room.
