Ustka Sea Port Authority
The port service building in Ustka, situated along the axis of the historic outer harbor, will serve as a symbolic maritime gateway to the city. The lower section of the building features designed viewing terraces, offering a unique vantage point to admire the “waterfront theater.” From here, visitors can watch fishing boats setting sail for the Baltic, yachts entering the port, and the nearby pedestrian bridge rotating— almost within arm’s reach.
In the future, a waterfront marina is planned in the immediate vicinity of the building. Located within the port basin, this new marina will act as a catalyst for transforming this part of the port into an attractive and open public space.
